HOW WE WORK
INITIAL SITE VISIT
The design team comes to your space to walk the project, hear the details, and discuss initial ideas. During this visit, we ask plenty of questions and discuss the overall look and feel you want to achieve.
LAYOUT & BRAINSTORMING SITE VISIT
The design team returns to your property a second time to discuss floor layout and brainstorming ideas for furniture replacement. Here, we take any necessary measurements pertaining to the project (including but not limited to, the measurements for window treatments and floor plans).
DESIGN OFFICE PREVIEW MEETING
Now it’s your turn to visit our office to talk through the plan we’ve developed and make changes, tweaks, and confirm designers picks.
Once all parties are absolutely sure of the plan, we make our final agreement to place orders. Depending on the manufacturers and the availability of the items, times of arrival may vary.
The install of your items will be schedule as soon as either all or a large portion of the items have arrived. The cost of the install is included in the shipping cost. Any outside services that need to be obtained to complete the project are your responsibility (installers for curtains, wall covering, painting, etc).
We don’t just put a room in and we’re done. Sick of a piece? Sell it in our consignment! We’re your partners in design, and we’re always available for tweaks, consultations, and collaborations.
